A large conference room is available on level 9 for a rental fee.

Cleaning Service

Office areas are provided with janitorial service five days a week excluding holidays. Services include trash and recyclables removal, dusting and vacuuming. There may be a charge for special cleaning services depending on the size of the job and type of cleaning needed.

Placing trash and/ or storage of materials in the hallways, elevator lobbies, stairways and other common areas of the building is prohibited.

Tenant space that is visible from public areas must be kept neat and clean.

Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC

Electric floor space heaters or other non-standard equipment shall not be used in the Travis Place building.

Electric lights and other service apparatus in the Travis Place building shall not be disturbed or in any way interfered with by tenant, tenant’s agents, employees, guests, or invitees. All work upon the leases premises or alterations to same shall be done by such persons as may be authorized by Landlord in advance in writing.

Plumbing fixtures shall be used only for the purpose for which they are designed, and no unsuitable materials shall be disposed into them. Damage resulting to any such fixtures from misuse by tenant shall be the liability of tenant.

All requests for overtime air conditioning must be submitted by contacting the Property Manager at 713-420-1001.

Recycling

Tenant shall comply with recycling, energy conservation and similar programs as established by Landlord.

Mail

Tenants will have locked mailboxes located in a designated area of the building.
